Slo.
Slough is a derivative word from 'Slo' which was the earliest known name dating from 1196. This series focuses on the industrialisation of the town and is a continuing project of mine. After the first world war private companies and business purchased these depots and Slough Trading Estate was founded. The Estate created a lot of employment in the 20th century and will continue to do so in the 21st as The Thames Valley will soon welcome Crossrail. The rapid change has been my main motivation in documenting it.
